Mulryan/Nash Advertising was founded in New York in 1989. It existed until 2000. Dave Mulryan left New York when he was drafted to aging parent duty in New Mexico. At its founding, Mulryan/Nash concluded that gays were a target market, so they targeted them. Clients like Subaru Cars of America, The Netherlands Board of Tourism, Alize Booze, and “Angels In America,” and Agouron Pharmaceuticals were clients of Mulryan/Nash. The agency was dormant until 2016, when Mr. Mulryan restarted the agency in Albuquerque, New Mexico, having spotted another under-advertised group, millennials.
